Go to developer.vimeo.com/apps and create or open an app.

Under Authentication, generate a Personal Access Token.

Select the Private and Public scopes so all your videos are accessible.

Manage Topics

Add topic names and their keywords (comma-separated). Videos whose titles contain any keyword will appear in that folder.

Manage Instructors

Add each instructor's display name and the keywords (comma-separated) that appear in your video titles — usually their first name, last name, or a tag like "with Sarah". The search bar will use these to find their videos.
